Celebrating 25 Years of Cuba Libre with Rollback Prices & a New Tasting Menu

Cheers to 25 years of Cuba Libre! To mark this milestone and to thank all of our guests, we’re offering some of our most popular dishes from our original menu at their 2000 launch prices - plus a special 25th Anniversary Chef’s Tasting Menu. Note: Anniversary specials begin April 7, 2025.

Each month, you can enjoy a different appetizer and entrée at their original prices. In April, savor Chicharrones for $7.50 and Arroz con Pollo for $16, with an added bonus of $8 classic mojitos! In May, enjoy Sopa de Ajo con Pan for $6 and Camarones Enchilados for $20. For a premium experience, try our four-course 25th Anniversary Chef's Tasting Menu for $49 per person, with an optional $20 beverage pairing featuring spirited and non-alcoholic options.
