Cork Wine Bar

The award-winning Cork Wine Bar and Market is one of the premiere wine bars in Washington, DC, black and woman-owned and operated by local residents Diane Gross and Khalid Pitts. Located in the bustling 14th Street / Logan Circle neighborhood, Cork is in the middle of the action with retail shops, restaurants, bars, and over a dozen hotels nearby. Cork is also a short walk from the U Street Metro Station, Howard University, numerous embassies and easily accessible from downtown DC.

Cork offers its main dining room, private dining room, cafe, two bars, patio and the entire restaurant for private events from 10 - 150 people. You can book Cork for a reception, wine tasting, private dinner or group happy hour. Rates start at just $500.

The Main Dining Room & Wine Bar is the perfect space for 60 people seated and up to 125 standing.
The Cafe and Tasting Bar offers a warm area that can accommodate up to 35 guests for a reception style event or festive wine tasting.

The Private Dining Room provides an intimate setting with a view of the wine cellar and room for up to 25 seated and 35 standing.

The Secret Patio can be utilized for both a seated dinner or a more casual reception and wine tasting for up to 30 guests.

The entire restaurant is also available with space to accommodate up to 150 people and creates a perfect venue for wine tasting experiences and multilevel food and wine events.
