Tech Factory, a 100% Black-owned business, places a strong emphasis on training and development.
In fact, the “Tech” in our name stands for “Technician,” not technical, although we are indeed technical. We teach Technicians both hard and soft skills on the job.
While Tech Factory is a for-profit business, we operate with a service-oriented, non-profit mindset. Tech Factory supports non-profits, national associations, and fraternal organizations across the country, offering flexibility in equipment pricing to accommodate client budgets.
Our goal is to consistently provide higher production value compared to in-house AV basics, all while staying within our clients' budgets.
